1 General Provisions

bk33or (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "site") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of our platform and all related services.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your contact details change (such as your email or mobile number), update them immediately from account settings. bk33or will not be responsible for any failed communication due to outdated information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, contact our support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per payment method). We accept the following payment methods:

Deposit transactions are usually completed within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw:

• Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit (where possible)

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be used only once per account
• Bonus funds are tracked separately from real money
• It is not possible to withdraw the bonus before the wagering requirements are met
• bk33or reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus will be cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

Our VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Through regular gaming activity, you can naturally advance to higher VIP tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Policy

All games on bk33or are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

6.2 Game Changes and Cancellations

If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error or any other reason, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable. bk33or is not responsible for winnings obtained due to a technical error in a game.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and bet has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed on the game page. bk33or reserves the right to set betting limits for individual accounts.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities against the platform

8 Limitation of Liability

bk33or will not bear any liability in the following situations:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection
• Loss due to the user's own negligence or account insecurity
• Delays or failures in the operations of third-party payment providers

• Account suspension due to compliance with legal obligations

11 Account Closure
